About Me

I have been a practicing LMT and Chiropractic Assistant for over half a decade. Immersing myself in a variety of bodywork and healing modalities has allowed me to approach every session with a unique set of skills to help my clients. My studies have ranged from folk medicine and indigenous studies to post surgery lymphatic drainage to deep tissue techniques. I use my continuous study of modalities to tailor each session to what my client is needing on that day.
